How Scheduling Works Across Multiple Buildings

Cleaning a community with a dozen buildings is different from washing one house. Here’s how we keep it orderly.

1. Site walk and scope. We walk the property with you or your maintenance lead, note every building, breezeway, and problem area, and price it out so you know exactly what’s included.

2. A building-by-building schedule. We set the order and the dates with your office, working around trash pickup, pool hours, move-ins, and anything else on your calendar.

3. Resident notice. You get the dates and the buildings ahead of time so you can let residents know when to move cars, patio items, or doormats.

4. One section at a time. We work through the property in phases, so only part of the community is affected on any given day.

5. Photos and sign-off. Before and after photos for each building, so you can show owners and regional managers the work was done.

6. Recurring plans. Set a schedule (quarterly breezeways, a yearly building wash, monthly dumpster pads) and we’ll keep it on the calendar.
