Quotes and estimates
Quotes requested through our website, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the property’s size, condition, access, or requested scope differs from what was described. We will review any change with you before starting the work.
Scheduling, access, and weather
- You agree to give us safe access to the areas to be cleaned and to an outdoor water source and electrical outlet when needed.
- Please close windows and doors, move vehicles, and secure pets before we arrive. Our Prepare For Your Upcoming Service page has more details.
- We may reschedule because of weather or unsafe conditions. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may charge for past-due balances as permitted by law.
Property condition and limitations
Exterior surfaces can have pre-existing conditions such as oxidation, failing paint, loose or damaged materials, worn seals, rust, or permanent stains. Cleaning can reveal these conditions but does not cause them, and some stains may not come out completely. Please tell us about any known issues, delicate surfaces, or plants that need special care before we start.
Satisfaction and concerns
If you are not happy with any part of our work, contact us within 7 days of service at (817) 813-3318 or info@sparklessoftwash.com and we will make it right where reasonable.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Text message program
Program name: Sparkles SoftWash Text Messages. If you opt in on our quote form, Sparkles SoftWash will send customer care text messages to the mobile number you provided about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates. If you also check the separate promotional box, we will send promotional texts with special offers and seasonal reminders. You may choose to opt out on the form instead, and we will not text you.
